HOW TO VOTE NOW:

     1) VOTE ON ELECTION DAY, Nov. 5thPolling Locations are open from 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM – GO AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE – there may be delays.  Your Sample Ballot has locations, and it can be scanned by poll workers to speed your “check in” to vote.  DON’T FORGET to review your entire ballot for Board of Education candidates or questions.  And BE SURE TO VERIFY your printed ballot BEFORE YOU CAST YOUR VOTE – sometimes errors occur.

     2) VOTE BY MAILIF you requested a Vote-By-Mail Ballot, you can NOT now vote by machine. By 8:00 p.m. on Nov. 5th, you must either deposit your marked ballot (following ALL instructions!) in an Official Elections Drop Box or deposit it with the U.S. Postal Service (we do NOT recommend using the Postal Service for your ballot ! ! ! )

     3) CAN’T FIND YOUR VOTE-BY-MAIL BALLOT? — You CAN go to the Polls on Nov. 5th, explain your problem, and vote by Provisional Ballot … but it will take extra time and you may need to wait, so GO EARLY!

SEE SOMETHING?  SAY SOMETHING !  – If something does not look right at the polls, report your concern to a poll worker, or call your county Board of Elections.

For the November 5th PRESIDENTIAL General Election:

* Early “in-person” voting was available through Nov. 3rd.  There is no early in-person voting on Monday, Nov. 4th!

Working Together for New Jersey Election Integrity has been recommending that you vote In Person, using machines, to “bank your vote” and avoid any Election Day delays or disruptions.  Our analysis shows there are about one million NJ registered voters who have not voted in the past 8 years, who may be motivated to vote in this General Election, with the potential of very busy polling locations on Election Day, Nov. 5th.

Do not allow ANY excuse to stop you from voting!!   Not Voting surrenders your choice to others!  YOUR VOTE COUNTS!!!     Learn Why:  [ Click Here! ]

But VOTING isn’t your *only* responsibility – Support the candidates of your choice both financially and with volunteer help.

Regardless of who wins, become an engaged citizen

The problems America has been facing come from citizens forgetting their civic duty to BE ENGAGED:  to attend school board, council, and “Freeholder” meetings.  Keep an eye on those who hold elective office!  Speak out with your concerns (Citizenship verification!) or complements!  Don’t think that casting a vote is your only responsibility.  If YOU don’t attend these meetings, others who want some personal favor will … and you’re interests may not prevail. No one else will do it for you – it’s YOUR JOB.  If we, as citizens, fail in this, we have surrendered our governance to others.  GET PERSONALLY INVOLVEDNOW!    Here are some suggestions.
